you'll need an arrangement similar to this..

I assume you're talking stock pumps? If not, I have mine wired on an FC3 controller to turn on in ACC mode (so that I can dump fuel from a fitting off the regulator when I want to switch from pump to E85 or v.v.)

Your tuner should be able to give you a tune that just has the fuel pump on when you turn the key.

You can jump terminals if you know which connectors, or for a few bucks there's a jumper made for this too:

Yes I have that kind of 3/8" fuel adapter. It's funny that Ford does not have the shrader valve on the fuel rail. I guess they saved 50 cents?
