The SC2 tires are pretty quick when brand new but really lose a lot of lap time (1-1.5 secs) after 3 or 4 heat cycles. Track wear is actually comparable to a set of Hoosiers but the R7s hold lap time for nearly 20 cycles. If you drive to and from the track then SC2s are like all Michelin's, great tires, if you trailer and like speed get Michelin or Pirelli slick take offs. More economical and much faster.
