GT350 Lowering Springs And Sway Bars from Ford Performance

I received an update and the lowering springs that Ford Performance has been working on are getting closer to production. They need to verify the production samples next month and if those are fine then they should be available this spring. 8)

I don't know if I want this car to be any lower? I'm afraid of messing up the balance because it's so good right now. I think my next set of tires will be PS4's or a shorter 295/30 and 305/30 instead of the 35 series sidewall.

I spent some time at PRI talking to Bruce Smith from Ford Racing and this was one of a number of items discussed. He stated the springs were almost ready. I asked if that meant spring and he said it should be prior to that.

I think mean the new Michelin Pilot Sport S4, correct? Those may also be my next tire except 305-325/30 on hopefully some lighter 11/11.5 wheels.

The R springs and rear bar seem very nice at the moment for a dual purpose car. If this is a spring only kit, to maintain balance then they will have to make the rears stiffer. As of right now, the std and R springs are nearly identical and the rear R bar makes the difference.

... and I scrape my front splitter as it is.

You can get the PS4's or the PSS in the 30 series sidewall. Whatever tire I do I'll probably go with the shorter sidewall. I wish Ford would have gone with a gear ratio in the transmission to mirror something closer to the Boss. The Boss redlined at about 160mph in 5th whereas the GT350 doesn't hit the limiter until 175mph in 5th. I realize some of that is due to the higher redline but maybe a different gear set in the rear diff could fix this problem...hmmmm

US Gear has a 3.91 and 4.11 for the Super 8.8". They are both listed as "special order" on their website.

I don't want to mess with the balance of the car so hopefully that stays the same. This thing is perfect as is but when I go to a smaller 30 series sidewall I want to close that wheel to fender gap.

I have a 2016 GT350 track pack with R front and rear springs, R rear sway bar, 11x19 Forgeline GA1R open lug wheels and 305/30ZR19 pilot sport cup 2 tires on all 4 corners. I'd like it to drop about 1/2" but no more, it sits low enough now with the R splitter.
I'm going to upgrade to a 35mm front and 25mm rear sway bar. I have Cortex front and rear adjustable sway bar end links now but would like more adjustment with the bar length. I'm considering Whiteline or Eibach. I've talked to 3 different guys at ford performance Thursday on the GT350/R springs and of course like always they know nothing except a part number.

I called last week and the part number has been available for 3-4 weeks now. But the springs are on back order. FP keeps saying to call back in a week
