GT350 Oil Cooler Tube Assembly Recall

They list at $26 I believe. I think I get them from Tasca from $16.

To the members that have had recall done. Did the dealer change the oil when they removed and replaced the oil cooler line? Is oil change part of replacing line?

It's not. They replace two quarts of oil so if you do an oil change at the same time they should only charge you for 8 quarts.

That's what they're supposed to do. Or if you go to a certain Ford dealership in Orlando, they'll just skip that step and leave it below the MIN mark. And take it on a 5 mile "test" drive.

Seems like somebody got my owners manual. It's gone and the dealer was the last place I can think that it was out of my possesion when they did the cooler lines...

And it was a 1/2 quart low.

Some people have on other forums. Seems like people that were just getting their owner's kits. They're probably going to work through the backlog in a similar fashion to when they were sending the kits out. So early to mid '17 guys could be waiting a while.

You can look at owner.ford.com or etis.ford.com and determine if there's an open field service action on your VIN to determine if yours is still pending or not.
