The control arms are not adjustable.
The only part on a stock rear IRS that is adjustable are the rear upper camber links and toe. The oem toe links are adjustable by an eccentric. The camber link is adjustable by moving the link within the bolt slot.
As far as aftermarket parts go, you can get adjustable toe links and camber links that allow adjustments to be made by a turn buckle. Steeds makes upper camber link adjusters that retain the oem or non adjustable links, but I highly advise against them. They are so thick that the camber link can not be torqued tight enough without the camber link moving. The thickness of the steeda adjusters, plus the IRS cradle material can not hold the camber link in place during track use. As far as the lower control arm nothing is adjustable on the lower control arm itself.
