I hate to tell you, I'm still not sold on them as unless you have an unlimited budget. They have a lot of advantages, but over the long run, in IMSA or PWC I see this as a no go from the budget perspective.
Each of our car went through 7 sets of wheels this year, with damage, cracking..etc. They would also have to be 18 inch and I think those are 19.
Don't misunderstand me, I think they are very cool, I especially liked the part about the deflection, this is one of the things that CCW fights all the time. You have to set the car up for the wheel..or have the wheel compliment the setup and tire...etc..etc... I see most of the race organizations banning these because of costs with the exception of..say the GT ranks.
Why on God's green earth, hasn't someone come up with a set of these in 18/19 inch and made them mandatory?...lol
