GT500 rear spoiler

Hey guys, question to all but to the fabricators that make their own parts.
Can this be made with a higher Gurney flap?

My understanding is Ford was originally going to make different height Gurney Flaps but for whatever reason didn't. I'm sure it can be done.

That's an interesting side note. They always have cool ideas that never make production.

I haven't had one apart, but I'm 100% sure it can be done too. The one on the OEM part looks well shy of the 1 to 2% height of the wing's chord length, since it's really a spoiler.

Looked on Fordparts and you can buy the stock one...says it's an 1/8 high.

I'm sure you could at least double that and not significantly increase the drag penalty. Wouldn't hurt to test higher profiles with yarn and a GoPro.
