Once again member jmbboss302 will track car orders for future GT350 owner's as he did for BOSS 302 owner's. We are honored that he is offering this service and please remember he's doing this in his spare time so please be respectful of that in your request. Please only post in this thread if you have a DORA or VIN for your order.

What he needs from you every time you post a request for him to check are:

Dealer # and Order # from your DORA
or
Your VIN

Please don't ask him to track an order that you know is months away from being built. If you know yours is a first quarter production build go ahead and put in your request directly in this thread. Please do not send him PM's.

The order banks opened in May 2015 and the first GT350's are scheduled for production the week of July 13th. Remember the first production cars are usually held for weeks before being released for sale. Additionally they can sit at the loading dock, Ramp 51, AKA Area 51, AKA the Black Hole, for days or weeks before leaving the factory. The GT350 VIN's will end with F552xxxx or G552xxxx.

judging from the VIN's, it appears that they'll be building 50-60 GT350's per week in late July through August.
(look at where 077, 168, and 286 are each about 2 weeks apart in build dates)
Question on the VIN ending in 077, is that a 2015 car or a 2016? ie. I wonder if the 137 2015's are 001-137 and the first 2016 is 138.
Part of the reason for the question is to see where VIN 286 sits in the serialization of 2016's...and what the mix of R's is in that. I'm guessing that ~1 out of every 10 cars will be R's....

2015 VIN's end with F5520001 to F5520137.
2016 VIN's end with G5520001 to G552xxxx. FYI, G5520001 is an R in Deep Impact Blue.

thanks for that. so mine will be the 286th '16 built and, if my gueeswork around mix is correct (in that ~10% of GT350's will be R's), then I'll have one of the first 30 R's built...and with the 37 '15's and the pre-production cars, that sounds like enough builds to get the kinks worked out ;-)

It appears that all TT and PP GT350's are 2016 models. Their VIN's end with G52xxxxx. Adding the total TT and PP's produced, they have made 27 R's. The 2016 MP VIN's will end with G552xxxx.
