HELP!!!! Gas pedal not working car starts, idles

So today I get in the car and after start up and idle the gas pedal stopped working.

Car will idle and the first time after start I hit the pedal and it will rev once and that's it.
I kill the car, restart, let idle and I can rev once and then no pedal response.

WTAF?

Have you pulled the codes?

Had to use FORESCAN and got two pedal codes. I replaced the pedal. Actually much smoother and less sensitive.

Mine did that while on track. Pedal would not respond, no codes, just sat there in the dirt at idle. Resigned to get towed in, but before they got there it fired up. Happened in two sessions. Would only do it when pushing the car.

The internet said it was the throttle body and since I actually found one at a dealer nearby, I bought it. Saved the weekend and it has been working great ever since.
