Hero 3 Video settings for TrackAttack

Just got the Silver edition in preparation for the TrackAttack in a few weeks, and wondering what camera settings would work best for the roll bar mount.

I always use 720p wide with my rollbar mounted GoPro 2

If you use a roll bar mount the camera will likely be upside down so go into the capture setting and change the orientation, also turn on the spot meter or it will be tough to see through the windshield due to glare.

Mine is right side up, but yes, turn the spot meter on.
