How to adjust your helmet fit - froggy way

This process is compressing the lining of the helmet, correct?

Is this a good idea?

I know what it means to have a tight fitting helmet. Mine is a XXL. But to crush the lining for fit, not sure I would go there.

Find a helmet that fits.

Hi, yes, I knew someone would say that and that's fine, I address that in the video.

Remember it's not like I am going up a whole size, just 2 or 3 mm.
