So after reading in the other thread about a member's misfortune, I cruised around the internet and found this.
It's extremely easy to use, and you can get a quick quote by filling out the value form on the page. It seems pretty reasonable.

Yes, they are reasonable. You can even do multiple policy events.

Also, RLI is a new company and very competitive to locton.

I have used ontrackinsurance.com. I have yet to make a claim thankfully so I cannot attest to that part of the process.
