S550 I’ve been noticing since I’ve owned my MACH 1 that the dealers erase and change service information in my FordPass app. Have you folks noticed?

I noticed since being at: Kelly Ford in Melbourne, Florida and Ted, Brett Ford in Fairfax, Virginia the service information has changed and is not accurate at all! Now it is at Ford in Manassas for transmission flaring/shifting and transmission bouncing off the rev limiter and not changing gears, etc. My car also does a lot of chugging/lugging because the car is always trying to get into too high gear and in my opinion it’s put in a lot of unnecessary stress on the engine and transmission always trying to be too high a gear.
All I know is the information that’s there is wrong and different than What I’m pretty sure was once there.
Ted Britt Ford Fairfax I don’t think looked at my car or test drove it or did any diagnostics to try and fix the transmission issues.
I asked them to go on a test ride with me so that I could maybe show them with them in the car what it was doing they refused! I then asked them to hook up a data logger to it. They refused! They said they don’t do that.
So I’m hoping that Ford in Manassas will fix it correctly.
Thinking about it now I should’ve checked in the Ford my pass app to see if they ever drove the car by checking the odometer or I could’ve checked fuel level, etc. also in the FordPass app you can see where your car is so you would know if it’s moved it all and where.

Why would the dealer call and leave a message for me and ask me if I have a programmer on my car? When they ask if I have a programmer, do they mean do I have a tune on my car? Which I do not and I thought if I did have a tune on my car that they could tow by looking at my car’s computer.
What am I missing?
