Look at #17, Andrew Entwistle, first ever pro race and won TA4
This is the old PWC car that was on the podium for all but 2 of the PWC races, Andrew bought it and Phoenix crewed it at Indy. He passed for third on the last lep, then the second place car took out the leader, the new leader (winner) was then excluded in post race review giving Andrew the win....funny how this stuff works..lol
