That may work with stock plates, but MM caster/camber plates have shorter bolts, so I don't think clearing the STB lip will leave enough threads to hold the MM plate.
But by all means, find your preferred installation method.

I notched the STB like Tfluong. Haven't had any issues.

Is this a complete kit? Can,bracket, hoses, if this something that we all should add, you would think that Ford Racing could come up with one.

2800 miles on my LS and I'm thinking I should get one, no track time on her, or does that matter?

anyone running this one for the drivers side?
http://www.americanmuscle.com/moroso-oil-separator-0510gt.html

I just installed the one above and want to get one for the other side. I know it says 05-10 but it will work on the pass side on the 11-13's too.

Moroso part number is 85477 for the drivers side and 85485 for the passenger side.

Justin, I am running the Moroso 85458 on the passenger side and moved/modded my passenger side JLT to work on the driver side. When the JLT was on the passenger side it worked as advertised. However, after 750 miles on the driver side it has pulled no oil; not even a drop. IMO a driver's side oil separator may not be required, but I will know more when I track the Boss again on Nov 17. If it still does not pull any oil, I will most likely remove it.

Drivers side will pull very little oil. Even JLT states it may not be necessary. I have two but I could have saved some $$$ ;D

Jeff, your install looks the cleanest of all the pics. Question: what kind of lines do you have connected at both ends? How did you trim the STB? Thanks

Call me crazy but based on the pix above it looks like there's exactly enough thread for the nut to fully seat after installing spacers underneath if you are running a stock suspension w/o camber plates. That install looks very clean, and I'd also be interested in getting a parts list & vendor for the the braided lines and fittings. While I plan this upgrade, I'll be looking for nice Ford Racing oval decal or emblem to put over the Moroso brand name etched on the top. Nothing against the manufacturer, but I'd like to keep the aftermarket bling down to a minimum.

I installed mine under the STB and I dont think there is enough room to stack washers on and the bracket and still be able to get full threads on the inside of the nut.

Justin, this spring is what was suggested by another forum member and is what I used with the Moroso kit. Been running it for a few months now and no collapse of the supplied hose. You will need two of these:

I used a dremel to grind a notch...so the bracket would fit. Here is a parts list for the lines and clamps. Add about extra 100 bucks to the installation.

I will still try the spacer route. I'm not too keen on drilling, grinding, cutting, or otherwise permanently modifying my Boss. Enjoy your Boss as you wish, I'll find a way to keep the original bits intact as much as possible. Not for my benefit, but for my sons many many years from now...
