Is it time to put new rings on the Girodisc's?

I am trying to decide if it is time to replace the rings on these or not. I have a new set of rings, but do not want to use them if I can get a few more days out of these. They are just too expensive to throw away before they are used up. So would you run these another weekend or replace?

The question becomes is the cost of a track day, if they deteriorate badly on the day, more or less than the savings made by not swapping them. The other thing is if you swap rings do you have fresh pads to go with them. Nothing ever wears out at the same time unfortunately.
It is also very track dependent, track time dependent and driving style dependent.
Either way check them all over carefully inside and out before making a decision.
I understand you are looking for validation to a decision you have already made in your head but at the end of the day its a safety item and you alone hold the decision.

I always keep a spare set of oem GT500 rotors in case I crack one at the track. It is easier then trying to re-ring the Girodisc's at the track.

That is what I do. I carry some Autozone Duralast Golds as spares while running GiroDiscs. I had to run to Autozone mid weekend last year when my non-GiroDisc rotors gave up.

I think those look fine to run as I have run them until the slots were almost gone. Haven't had a GiroDisc get a crack in it before it got to minimum thickness. Maybe I'm just lucky (or slow!)
