Is the LS splitter standard equipment?

First post here. You guys have a great site with some good information. I'm in the market for a car in a few months and am seriously considering a Boss. I'm leaning towards the LS. I was curious if the splitter came with all Laguna Seca's when they were purchased. I see a number of them for sale and most don't have it on the car. I'm in the process of restoring a '69 Mach I I've had for 25 years so I know the importance of having the original equipment.

Thanks, JT

JTG welcome to BMO. If you do buy a 2012 LS I'd store the LS splitter and buy the World Challenge or WC splitter which is smaller and won't be as much of a problem on the street.

^^^ O How true...
I also think it just looks better on a car that is a street and some track duty car.
But thats just me.

The 13 LS splitter is a bit smaller and more street friendly. On the other hand, the 2012 LS splitter extends outward quite a bit and makes parking more of a challenge.

The World Challenge splitter is a good option as stated above.

Good luck with your hunt,
