I guess that depends upon what you call legit.

The present owner is active on one of the other Boss sites.

It's a LS with stripes swapped out for blue.

Probably legit. There have been a few cosmetically modded Bosses I've seen in Socal. A totally de-striped and roof painted KB and a reflective striped CO, and a RR '12 that had the lower door and quarter stripes removed.
