LMR SVE SP2 Wheels Cracking

CRACKED!!! I purchased these wheels awhile back as my track-only set and used them for the first time this past weekend at Buttonwillow and one of them cracked. I contacted LMR and they sent out a replacement the same day. (Their customer service is incredible - thank you LMR) My concern is...

Just saw this now. For anyone who is curious or has questions, this was my post on M6G.
After doing some digging, I determined the crack was most likely a manufacturer defect. I noticed the crack after one track day at Buttonwillow but for all I know, it could have been there from the day I purchased them.

18X11 Apex
I bended 2 350R replica. Probably my fault.
Sve replaced them.

Apex seems more solid. En fact, i just got another set.
I'm moving to 18 bevause tires cost less (especially hoosier)

I have some Black EC7's Apex 19x11's ET52 square that I would be willing to make you a deal on. 305's on them at this time. You can run a 315 if you like. They have the sticky Bridgestone 71R tires on them. Also fits the gt350's out there.

I've used Flow/Rotary/Spun forged wheels for all my track and auto-x activities for 4 years. No issues and it works for my budget and skill level.
I currently use a set or MRR FS-6's in 19x11 square on a 305 and it works nicely so far. Don't get me wrong though, I would love to upgrade to a
fully forged wheel set but my skill set doesn't require or justify that type of cost or hardware. I had a nice opportunity to get some Forgelines but
let it go due to the previous statement.




Anyways, we'll see what the future has in store...

305/30 wander more for me than 305/35's. We have pretty good ruts in MD. Definitely have to have a good grasp of the wheel at all times.

Where? If that was LMR, they no longer have them. Best deal I see is American Muscle's house brand

@John48 that deal is long gone. LMR had a flash sale on their ebay link that basically sold out within the day.

Having said that, if anybody has a deal on 18x11 set or 19x11 square set, hit my line! Preferably Apex, but tbh not picky for the right price for SVE too.
