After a small off road event I checked the car over but did not notice a loose abs sensor cable. When I went out on the track again I had the brakes lock up on me a 180km as I was entering a 90 turn, took a long trip through the grass. Luckily no damage to the car or me but a few more grey hairs. Is it possible to have a short in the abs circuit that would lock up the brakes? Or was it just a abs failure and a heavy foot. The cable was a little damaged.

I did ruin a pair of almost new semislicks though :'(

First: Definitely replace that cable/sensor.
Second: Get 302R/S ABS module if you plan to continue running race (or race-like) tires. http://rehagenracingproducts.com/BOSS-302S-R-UPDATED-ABS-MODULE-W-O-BRACKET-M-2353-CA.htm

Looks like Summit racing has the module for $375. Added to my shopping list!
