I would lube the bushings and the pins. Use either Energy Suspension Formula 5 or Prothane super grease, both of which are a water resistant clear silicon lubricant. Both can be found on Amazon.

This.

You can get the energy suspension grease almost anywhere. It comes in small tubes as well as in larger jars. Remember, these bushings are wear items so inspect them at every track event or at least once a year. Keep spare bushings and new boots on hand. The stock bolts are one time use (per Ford).
