At the Las Vegas 50th celebration I had a chance to talk to Chris the owner of Maximum Motorsports. He is very knowledgeable about our cars and has his perspective of what makes are cars handle well on a road course. MM has two offerings that might be of interest.

First is gussets that look significantly stronger than stock. They are designed to work with the MM roll bar but there might be other applications for them. They will sell them separately. Sorry I didn't take a photo of them. You can see them in the attached photo.

Next up is their new relocation brackets or “anti squat” brackets. Chris told me they will work with stock components. What is interesting about them is how close the holes are to fine tune your suspension. These brackets should be available soon so keep checking their website.

Aren't the safest ones the ones which also bolt into the "harmonic" weights threaded holes?
(Unless you weld your brackets anyway...)
Such as the WL ones?

Those guys always put out good products.

I got the grand tour of the shop. 8)

I helped a friend drop off his 13 GT so they could use to to document some stuff. Great guys and a fun shop with several cars they use for development.

Rick- Was he saying if we bolted or welded in those gussets, we could stiffen our chassis a bit?
