When I got my 07 Gt500 it had the Metco upper trailing arm on it (also the blower pulley/ belt tensioner) the car now has just over 50K on it and I kind of like it, at least for the street. The great thing about it is that it can be lubed because it has grease fittings built into it.
I wasn't that familiar with Metco but they seem to have a decent product.

How often does it need lube? I have a new set of rear upper control (adjustable rear camber) arms on my GT350 with poly bushings and so far I've had to grease them twice since May this year. Seems like a lot.

I don't really keep track, whenever I change the oil (every 3K miles) I go over the whole car
