MT82 locked in gear. Problems again.

Driving the car home from work tonight making normal time and I stop for my till ticket. I pull out normally 1-2 fine 2-3 fine and went to come out of third at about 3800 Rpms and the shifter just froze in place. Nothing there. Car seems stuck in third gear with the shifter locked in neutral position. Any ideas? Reading shift forks on one site. I'm so over this car I am fixing the trans and trading the vehicle in. No more games.

Not sure but it's still under warranty.

I think so. Still stock 36,660 miles.
