Ancient Racer
CTSCC 2 hour at Mid Ohio today, KOHR #60 with Marcelli/Stacy and the Multimatic #8 with McCumbee/Gallagher 1 - 2 today. Marcelli put on an awesome drive at the end to erase 14 second lead and pass the #8 with 3 laps to go then pulled out a 3 sec lead. Just to add excitement, something apparently broke on the last lap as his pace dropped dramatically but he managed to hang on for the win, crossing the line with the #8 right there. Photo op maybe? There were 6 GT4 Mustangs entered, I think there was at least 1 more in the Top 10 but beer has been drunk since the race ended and the memory has faded..... it was a good race though.
At this race the TCR cars were extremely quick, in fact they were running with the slower GS cars and it created issues though nothing serious happened.
