Raymond is a few weeks early but so far he is a very calm baby! I just hope the sound of the Boss doesn't scare him. I can say goodbye to track days for a while. Gotta get a welder now and start making/designing him an electric go-cart that is upgradable in speed/kid size.

Wow, congrats!!! Nothing like becoming a parent to give you a little perspective on the world. I have one of my 2 daughters saying to her mom, 'When you are gone (dead), can I have your wedding ring set?' My 13yo isn't quite so brazen, he just wants to get his hands on my 97 Marquis with the killer stereo in it.

Congrats.

As Pete mentioned, the engine sounds may help your bundle of joy go to sleep.

Like most parents, we had times when our daughter refused to go to sleep. A car ride cured that.

He looks like he is in good hands. :)

Some say he has a tattoo of his face on his face.
My son went for a ride in our Boss a few weeks ago, his only one in fact. He was as happy as could be in the back. I can't wait until he's old enough to enjoy it the way I do and the way I did when my dad would take me in his Corvette or 911 when I was growing up. So I don't think he'll be scared by the sound of the Boss.

Oh yeah, congrats on Raymond. Jack was 5 weeks early and I didn't get home for another 4 weeks and I can't believe he'll be 4 months in just over another week. The time goes really quick.

Thanks guys! We had to stay for 48 hours since he was at 35 weeks, but we are home now. I have never been so tired, even when hung over! I will have to look for some Mustang compatible car seats. We have a Chicco KeyFit right now but the base is really flat and I don't think it will work with that hump in the middle of the seats.

I just hope it is only in the summer when I can have some fun, too :) I played a few videos of Mustangs on youtube and he made a smile for a few seconds:)

Probably not a good idea. The kid will be asking for the keys to the Boss by the time he is 5. ;) Isn't that the age they are starting them in NASCAR now? ::)
