Noob brake question

A friend and I both have Pagid RS29 pads on the front.

His squeal like a school bus, mine are pretty much silent.

Did I not break mine in right? It seems to stop ok. Last track day I got on the brakes pretty hard and never got any type of fade.

I use the same pads and mine don't squeal much. That's the main reason why I use them. Mine do squeal on occasion but not bad at all.

Sometimes mine squeal sometimes not! I use them on the street and track and love them but make sure the backing plate is in or they can be really noisy.
