Just to be clear, the 2017 MY does have all the track cooling stuff plus has a/c and a radio (not including the R's with the "deletes").

The 2016 was pick one or the other, right?

Yes all 2017's have the engine, diff and trans coolers. The tech package was an option as were the Recaro seats.

Oh, so Ford made the performance stuff included, but you had to add on the nav, seats? What seats come if you do not spec Recaro? Regular Mustang GT seats?

I'm no expert on the option but the non Recaro seats are the regular Mustang seats which are pretty nice.
