Driving on the highway the other day when all of a sudden the car felt like it lost a lot of power and the Check Engine light started flashing. I'm guessing this was limp mode. After driving for maybe 2-3 minutes, the Check Engine light turned off and the power came back. I wasn't doing anything unusual at the time and the car wasn't running hot or anything. Hasn't happened since. Anyone else ever experience this?

When the check engine light (MIL) flashes, it means that the vehicles engine is having a catalyst damaging misfire. Now you just have to figure out what was causing the misfire. Maybe it's time for the O-ring TSB?
