Paint/rust issue on 16 GT 350??

I know we can all agree Ford has some issues with body fitment issues, but was wondering if anyone else has this issue. The pic is of passenger side rear quarter adjacent to trunk and above taillight. It feels like paint is very thick and formed bubble and maybe in heat/cold cycling it cracked and got moisture underneath.

Definitly a factory or dealership repair, seen alot of this kind of stuff over the years! Must of got damaged during shipping or at the factory so they repaired it and sold it!

Not what I wanted to hear. They did tell me had to pick from the 3 body shops they use to get repair done thru Ford. Was hoping to use my own guy and not lowest contract bidder.
