It's this kind of unnecessary crap that drives the cost of cars up. And it's going to get worse as the Feds get more involved. I'm capable of checking my own tire pressure, and I'm capable of backing up without running over something. But because the majority of drivers are not, we now have TPMS and backup cameras. Lane change alerts, blind spot alerts, and more are coming. The more of this stuff we put on cars, the less responsibility we put on drivers. We're putting zombies behind the wheel. Sorry, I could go on about this for hours...
