questions for kooks experts with Ford Racing Cobra Jet Intake Manifold & new TB

I have a Kooks LT setup done with 1 3/4" headers.
Does anyone know if the existing pipes on this setup would be the same if I go to 1 7/8" headers?

On a related matter, any opinions as to whether the 1 3/4 will flow enough for the new Ford Racing Cobra Jet Intake Manifold, setup with that dual barrel throttle body? (My setup is track-only, so I am running test pipes & no cats)...

Last, anyone got any real world dyno intel from this setup?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Almost forgot, - any opinions as to how many HP/TQ the boss internals are good for (track duty) before reliability becomes an issue?
