What an incredible icon of the 70s. Being a kid going through puberty back then we all knew who Raquel Welch was.
She was a class act.

She always took her acting roles seriously, even if she was in a campy movie.Rest her soul! Why was Namath so happy back then, I wonder?....

The classy ladies are the ones that I have always admired the most. Like Raquel there was Tina Turner, another very classy and sexy lady. Sade would be another. Many of these young women today who are seeking fame and fortune could take a lesson from "real" ladies like these. Being sexy does not require getting naked. Smart, sexy women know this and can use it and their many other talents make them not only famous but rich too.
