Is anyone going to or already removed these? I removed mine on my Boss immediately after purchase but they got melted from the side pipes if you didn't. Seems like they will eventually break off anyway...

My Boss ones lasted 24k miles without issue. Also my side pipes were basically warm but not scolding to the touch even when running. :shrug:
