Recently installed the Cortex LCAs and Relocation brackets. Seen in the instructions about optional welding them in. Says it is a must for drag racing. I autocross and estimate about 400WHP. Will it be fine the way it is or should I have a shop weld it?

Mine haven't moved in 4 years of autocrossing. 6-9 events a year. It may depend on how they are tied into the axle.

Next year I am planning on running all 18 days with CCSCC and go to St Louis/Lawrenceville as many times as I can afford lol.

Brad,

I have BMR's and they haven't moved, ever. I think they have been in there 5 years, we run 2-3 drivers, 20+ weekends a year, run Pros and off and on with Hoosiers.
