Seems like most of the reviewers love the car, which is not surprising given all the goodies Ford put into it. It's undoubtedly a fantastic performance value. It's funny to read his comparison of the TP car with the R. Put R-compound tires on any car versus a street tire and you'll gain a huge advantage 
At the end of the day most guys tracking the cars will be running an R-comp tire of some flavor.
