I am wondering who has had their Boss dyno'ed via a dynojet and what kind of rwhp and rwtq they made. Also what is their best ET and mods.

anybody..... please post and list your mods

Thanks

Since no one else has posted, not a dynojet but on a load bearing dyno I got 388 and 350 with Flowmaster Outlaw catback being the only power type mod.

Stock tune was 400/355 w/ Roush axlebacks, open side pipes, K&N Panel filter.

Currently 414/377 with AED tune, off-road X, Roush axlebacks and K&N panel filter..

Sound is in the ear of the beholder but, how loud is your car??? I have stock mufflers, Jeg's cat deletes, and a 9/16 hole in my side pipe and the thing sounds like a NASCAR

It's uh...pretty loud. Would be pretty ridiculous if I put long tubes on it. But it's a race car.

Dynapack results for my GT (supposed to be pretty similar results as Dynojet)

-374/370 with Bama 91 tune, CAI, and Borla catback

-423/383 with AED E85 tune, Boss intake, CAI, O/R midpipe, and catback

Since then I've gone back to stock GT intake manifold and airbox, since power fell off at 6500 with the boss intake (same as stock). No updated numbers but torque values should be a tad higher now.

My car is strictly a road race car now but with the second dyno setup I ran 11.8 at 118. Car could go faster but I'm not that good of a driver ::)

Boss top half and Boss R cams, CJ intake, E85, kooks, 3.15 gears (yes.. highway gears).

Mustang Dyno
489 HP @ 7400 rpm - didn't rev it higher due to stock GT rods.
413 TQ @ 5300 rpm

Edit: Stock on Same Mustang dyno was 365HP / 365 TQ. Sorry OP i didn't realize you only wanted Dynojet numbers.

Top line is after Shaun from AED did a remote tune and adjusted my VCT.

PS. i don't plan on going back often.. seems like those launches really tear the car apart. After that i noticed a new clunk in the rear end.. turns out it destroyed my Steeda upper control arm bushing. DA was about 2500. Also, the 3.15 gear hurt my overall times and MPH.. i went through the traps at 6400 rpm in 4th.

I had mine dynojet tuned by Tony @ Tuners inc in Kissimmee FL. recently and he squeaked out 431 rwhp and 388 rwtq. Tony works closely with Shaun @ AED and did a great job.

Kirk:

Those are impressive Dyno numbers for your bolt-on upgrades to the intake system and mufflers. Is the blue line for your Silver Key and the Red line for your TracKey tune?

I'll be interested to run a few pulls with my set-up when completed in the spring.

Thanks for sharing,
Dave

Peak at 6700 even with the CJ stuff? You cutting the rev limiter down for classing or something?

No , revving it to 7800 , the power only drops off a few horsepower all the way to 7800 but the peak was at 6700 . The rebuilt new motor made 530rwhp at 7700 and 433 rwtq at 5600 , still have to finalize the tune and will run it to 8000 on the next dyno run .
