FWIW I used a standard off the shelf Cole Hersee 2413 12v continuous duty 200Amp relay. There are many others that can be used. Longacre racing makes one too. These switches should be on or off because they use 2amps of juice to run so they drain a battery if left on and motor off. You can use a solid state relay and avoid this problem but the cheapest one of those I found was around 200 bucks.
