They are are pretty much equal for base kits. The vortech, paxton and procharger are all air cooled before entering the engine now. I wouldnt mind having either one of those. IMO the vortech has the looks being in black, paxton has the biggest potential with the out of the box head unit and the procharger is going to be the easiest one to install.jeepinocala said:I keep reading the procharger being the best centrifical charger out? I do like the air being cooled before entering the engine.
its really not an issue at 8-10psi range its when you really start the pulley swaps and super belt tensionersjeepinocala said:I cant believe there would be any issue with side loading of the front crank bearings I have never seen a side load problem on any engine but will look into it to be sure 100%.

thats what I said when I first bought a blower for my cobra....10k motor later and double the boost later....CaliMR said:I remember saying that about 18...then 20...then 22... I think I was running 24 when I sold that car ;D
Of course that was a ricerocket motor, not one of these big beasts, but in the end everyone wants more. I would like to add some power to this car, it loses steam about 80 mph, but I also want to keep it to TTA rules.
