Several "Thumbs Up" in one day

Hi all,

I know this get posted often, but I was actually a bit surprised by the actions the other day. I took the Boss our for a cruise, after giving it a wash to get the dust off. I live in a city surrounded by three other cities, two of which are fairly affluent. While cruising in traffic I had three people, in three different cities, all give me a big thumbs up as I was next to them in traffic.

It was a pretty good feeling to see that the car draws that much attention, in an area where Ferraris', Porsches and Lambos are all too common. One guy, about 25 years old, was so animated that he slowed and pulled over so he could hang out his driver's window and give me a double thumbs up.

It was a nice cruise day!!!

Same with me. And the people that ask questions about the car at curise nights still surprises me. Gotta say though, I do love the attention is gets.

Should probably order a banner from Coolridepix, and then I would probably have fewer questions to answer!!!!

This happens to my Boss 302 as well. I have met so many people who stop me just to ask about the Boss. I like to pop the hood and see the expressions on their faces. I guess everyone expects to see a plastic engine cover, but no, the little "U"Code Boss 302 jumps out at you when you pop the hood.

Most reply with a, Uuuhhh? or Wow!

The 2012/2013 Boss 302's are destined to be Legendary Cars. (IMO of course.)

I always feel like I have to explain to people what the Boss is and the background on the car. Its not as recognizable as something like a Shelby, so only the true gear heads or car guys know what it is. Most people just think it's a Mustang GT with decals. I sometimes even get people asking if it's a V8 or V6 lol.

I still remember the first night when I bought my Boss, pulled into a gas station, started taking pics with my cell phone while filling up, a Smoking Hot Blonde comes walking out of the convenience store and said's to me "Hugh, You know I would never date a guy who drives a Mustang" lol It was so unexpected all I could say was "Well..........that's to bad" ;D which seemed to bother her even more, she then got in her old ass Mercedes and drove away. Ahh good times, good times.

You should see the reactions when "The Animal" gets out to play. "Is that a Ferarri?" The GT in the middle. I sold the yellow KR, use to be Jimmy Connors. Still have the Green KR, 428 CJ automatic, fun to cruise Lake Tahoe in, jetted for altitude.
