It's still awesome but it's not cheap. However divide it by two people for 12 days of hotel and food and you will see it is VERY reasonable.

It is pretty hard to travel for less than $300 a person per day and not eat $1 menu items next to your Motel 6.

You should try to make both Charlotte and Vegas in a wild Cannonball run type of road trip.
