Swann SWVID-sportL on woot

Im familiar with the GOPRO and have been looking at getting one. I just noticed that a GOPRO equivalent the swann SWVID-Sport is on woot.com for 135.00 originally 280.00.. Looks like a great deal for anyone who has been wanting a gopro.

does anyone on here have one, or have any experience using one? im wondering how well it actually compares to a gopro...

Caveat Emptor. I've jumped at a few good 'deals' on some super discounted products only to be disappointed after finding out why for whatever reason why it was so cheap. I'd get last year's Hero2 or a ReplayXD.

That was my gut feeling and I went with it. Got a lightly used hero 2 with tons of extras for $240. At least I know what I'm getting
