Swapping a Auto tranny to a Ben Calimer MT82

My buddy saw my Ben Calimer MT82 and now wants to swap out his auto box for one of Bens stage 2 trannies. Would have to add in the pedal box and hydraulics etc, but do you have to change the pcm unit as well or just a new tune??

Before everyone says buy a manual.. :'(... Down here in Chile Ford did not bring in manual Mustangs until 2015.

I believe it would just be a new tune; not 100% certain on that.

Looks like its fairly doable. And the PCM just needs tuning.
