Life is short. Live well!
Is it possible to install a telescopic wheel from some other Ford family vehicle ? I have short legs and have to " get up on the wheel " so to speak to get the clutch pedal all the way down.

Here's an alternative and is what I use. I've installed Sullivan Racing Pedals as well. Both work great.
