Best prices for Nito NT-01 275/40ZR 18 that I've found.

Discount Tire Direct has them for $289.00 each, no shipping so $1,156.00 delivered.

Performance Tread has them for $264.00 each but with tax $15.84 and shipping $36.35 that’s $279.84 each so $1119.36 delivered.

Anyone know of a better price? Or maybe a discount code?

That's pretty much the best you'll do right now. I was getting a set of 4 delivered for right at $1,000 last year before the increase in the fall. Nitto had a hefty increase and I was looking at more like $1250 for (2) 305s and (2) 285s on the 555RIIs. So I switched to Conti takeoff slicks for now. I also bought a set of R888s for about $1150 from discounttiresdirect.com in 305/275.
