If your fenders are not rolled you could try that for a bit more clearance. I was going to do mine but saw it was already done. Looks like about 1/4 inch gain.

Same widths. I checked them as well. What about apex’s spacers? Not sure what widths they come in
How about milling 2mm off the faces of your old spacers?Update for those who are curious....
I measured exactly how much space I have between the tire and the strut. 6mm. I can comfortably lose 1-2mm so that's good.
I purchased new spacers from OP Mustang. They don't sell a 23mm so I bought a 15 & an 8. Unfortunately, it states on the website (that I read after the fact) that these specific spacers do not fit on spindle-mounted hubs (regular GTs, not Mach1/350/500). I installed them and tightened the lugnuts and yep, they do not fit.
So how I see it now, I have a few options:
1. Buy Apex wheels at +52 offset rather than my SVE +50 offset. Will certainly work but this is the most expensive solution.
2. Possibly machine down these new spacers so they fit on the hubs. Not sure how much material is there - could create a catastrophic situation. Tim at OPM suggested machining down the hubs. That's also a possibility.
3. Add more camber. I'm at -3 so I could do -3.2 or -3.3 which could potentially give me enough room.
4. Machine my +50 wheels down to +52 offset?
5. 'Massage' my fenders to create the clearance.
Actually, I see now that OPM sells 20's and Apex sells 3mm.What about apex’s spacers? Not sure what widths they come in
305/30/19 is the go to setup 305/35/19 is too high wheel to fit my 295/35/19 rub on the same spot because of a lot of caster 7.40 in my case one solution to your issue will be to try and dial a bit less caster around 7 should be enough to clear there for me but in your case 305/35/19 is just too tall for the front it's 0.3" taller than the 295/35 I'm running and the 305/30/19 is 1.2" smaller than the 305/35/19. So there is that.19x11 +50 wheels, 25mm spacer, 305/35/19 BFG Rival S 1.5 tires, -3° of camber up front & -2° rear, 250# springs up front with Ford Track shocks.
I'm a bit surprised as this is the go-to wheel/tire setup for S550's but perhaps I'm missing something. Anyone have any ideas?
The 35 profile was a typo. Tires are 305/30/19305/30/19 is the go to setup 305/35/19 is too high wheel to fit my 295/35/19 rub on the same spot because of a lot of caster 7.40 in my case one solution to your issue will be to try and dial a bit less caster around 7 should be enough to clear there for me but in your case 305/35/19 is just too tall for the front it's 0.3" taller than the 295/35 I'm running and the 305/30/19 is 1.2" smaller than the 305/35/19. So there is that.
But overall a bit less caster should solve for your issue not sure if your camber plates allow for such a change mine does (Steeda). This will also be the cheapest solution. Other option is to prevent wheels for going into a full lock with a spacers kit like this https://www.summitracing.com/parts/...FM4j5QMbYueyVRe3pBjaYUcjPVRCb5u5L8eM_UW6VhsP4
This is on my wish list for I don't know how long mostly because with extreem cambers and OEM wheels I rub on the inside of the fender wall at full lock.
Ether way my comment was that maybe you are running too much caster with 305 tires touching on the outer edge it's strange I run ET26 SM-10's front which essentially ET51+25 mm spacers and I touch on the inside not on the outside. With the 295/35 I touch on the outside at a lock because I have a lot of caster 7.40. You can probably move to 7 flat and be ok with tire rub. Granted there might be a difference between Gen2 and Gen 3 cars but who knows. The 35 profile was a typo. Tires are 305/30/19
This is my plan.if you have room in your camber plates why not just add a bit of camber, especially if your tires indicate you could use more?
