I like the variety on that first pizza. Like it has something for everyone. Never have been a big rib fan. My mother use to make them in sauerkraut back in the day and they were just nasty. Not big on any BBQ sauce either but dry rub, now that's the ticket!

3 kids and separate 'orders'...so it has to be!

Don't get me started on my Mother's cooking. I think it's the main reason I took interest in cooking at all.

Pizza is the best of all the food groups. I would eat it every day if I could. I used to eat a whole large regular crust by myself, but I had to switch to thin crust. Watching the calories, you know. Now I prefer thin crust anyways. Made this one a while back.

I love sushi but that sounds just awful. They do have a lot of different options and combinations here. Some basics like teriyaki pizza, all the way up to raw egg and octopus pizza. It's really dang expensive though. A Japanese large is the same as an American medium. I'd normally pay $20-$30 for my usual toppings (pepperoni, black olives, and bacon) but here that would cost me $40 and I'd get 2/3 as much pizza. So...I started making my own!

I blame the kids. We don't let them have much processed meat, so that's about it. All three ordered it.

That was a bit of work for an 8" round. Doing a couple more with whole wheat for baking tomorrow. Sourdough pizza crusts gonna be used tomorrow or Saturday. I've had them out of the fridge for a couple hours each day for proofing.
