So brand new wheel, and TPMS, properly torqued to 35 inch lbs. Ran a 30 minute session, let cool, and rechecked torque, it moved almost a 1/4 turn before hitting #35 in lbs.
This might have been the cause of our tire failure yesterday. The parts are a dissimilar material and expand at different rates.

Have you tried over torquing by a 1/4 turn? Take it apart and see if it’s damaged?
Im not sure that's the way to, maybe with a " seasoned" wheel that has quit moving around. I also have 12 wheel sets that I'm dealing with,
I've sent this to me engineer buddy at Michelin, it was very unexpected.
