I am posting here since I figure this is a similar weight balance and location for all of us, so wanted to cast a wide net. I drive a 2013, and understand if my post gets moved.

I may have a trailer to use soon to move tires on longer trips, but wont use for shorter runs since I live close to VIR and likely a no for autocross.

So if I know I wont use it much, should I remove to save 19 lbs, or is that 19 lbs ballast in a good place so dont worry about it? I’ve never seen great lap time differences, but do seem to cut faster laps on tracks I know well in the morning on a full tank and cool track ans lose maybe a quarter to half second but more consistent in afternoon sessions. I’ll easily concede I may be imagining things and its a coincidence
