Yes finding a whole turkey is not that easy but most butcher shops or even the butcher at your local grocery store can order one for you.

Local Turkey farm is across the street from the range I shoot at. Order a turkey "Fresh" and pick it up. A different fuller tasting bird.

I minced up some of the leftover ham, mixed it with shredded hashbrowns and an egg and turned them into ham cakes for breakfast. Good stuff.

I like to get the large Butterball turkey breasts about once a quarter to roast in the oven for lunches. Nice and easy.

Just finished "dismantling" our bird. Been in that big roasting pan since last Thursday. What's left will go to making cream turkey on toast very soon. No more til next Sansgiving unless a Turkey Breast goes on sale before then...not paying more than $.99 a lb tho..........Hon likes those roaster chickens once in a while.
